A cooking fault and an exhaust fault can be independent

For a JennAir cooking request, say whether heat, ignition, a display or ventilation is affected. If a cooking surface works while exhaust does not, preserve that distinction. Where separate units are installed together, provide the model for each relevant appliance instead of one model for the entire kitchen.

Include installation documents when available. Gas-line work is not offered, and a ventilation complaint does not justify changing fuel or electrical connections.
