Use the installed model’s documents
JennAir Canada’s Owner Center provides model-specific manuals and support information. Keep installation documentation as well as the use-and-care guide when a repair may require access through cabinetry; an appliance’s outside dimensions do not describe every installation detail.
Some product records include installation and dimension information within the owner’s manual. A missing separate installation file therefore does not mean the relevant instructions are absent.
A cooktop and its exhaust can fail independently
Explain whether heat, ignition, ventilation or controls are affected. If the cooking surface works but the exhaust does not, include that distinction in the request. Send each relevant model when a separate ventilation appliance is involved, and leave cabinetry or connected gas equipment in place for assessment.
