Information you send

When you submit a service request or booking form, the site collects the details you provide — your name, phone number, email address (if given), city and the appliance or problem details you describe. This information is used only to respond to your request, confirm availability and schedule service.

How requests are delivered

Form submissions are delivered to CanFix by email through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. Your submission is transmitted to them only to deliver that email. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

Analytics and infrastructure

This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising analytics. The website is served through Cloudflare for security and performance; Cloudflare processes standard connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

Data retention

Service request emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
