Identify the installation, not just “Inverter”
Panasonic publishes model-specific instructions for over-the-range microwaves, including the NN-SG65NB. A feature label such as Inverter is not the full model number and does not establish which heating system or installation instructions apply to your unit.
Say whether the problem affects cooking, the turntable, the door, the exhaust fan or the cooktop light. An over-the-range microwave can have a ventilation complaint while its cooking functions still operate.
Keep internal microwave checks out of DIY preparation
