Omcan Appliance Repair
CanFix’s Omcan work has two defined branches: commercial dishwashers/glasswashers and non-sealed-system reach-in refrigeration. Include both the Omcan item number and model when available.

An Omcan item number and model are separate fields
Omcan product documentation identifies equipment with both an item number and a model. For example, its dishwasher documentation lists item 46563 as CD-KR-SU02. Preserve both fields when requesting an assessment; the item number is not simply another way of writing the model.
The same brand also sells equipment outside CanFix’s repair scope. A request for a reach-in cooler or a dishwasher should not be used to assume coverage for an unrelated cooking or preparation machine.
Choose the cooling or warewashing route
For refrigeration, identify the affected cabinet and whether the complaint concerns controls, ice buildup, fans or a leak. For warewashing, record the fill, wash, rinse or drain stage. Compressor and refrigerant work is excluded even when the product’s manufacturer documentation describes those systems.
