ThinQ information is useful context, not a parts diagnosis
On supported LG appliances, ThinQ provides maintenance notifications and Smart Diagnosis features. Availability differs by model. A screenshot of an alert can help describe a request, but an app message does not establish that a pump, sensor, motor or control board must be replaced.
Describe whether the appliance can still operate from its own controls. A phone-to-appliance connection problem and a machine that cannot complete a cycle are different service requests. Do not send your LG account password or login details.
Identify the physical laundry or kitchen unit
Tell us whether the request concerns one machine or more than one appliance in a stacked installation. For cooling complaints, identify the fridge compartment, freezer, ice maker or water dispenser separately. LG refrigerator work at CanFix remains limited to non-sealed-system diagnosis and repair.
