Dexter Appliance Repair
CanFix services Dexter commercial washers and dryers for laundromats and shared laundry rooms. Identify the particular washer, dryer pocket or stacked unit and include the full equipment label.
Before requesting Dexter service.
Identify the washer, dryer or stacked combination
Dexter’s parts library separates vended washers, vended dryers and stacked washer-dryers. It also retains historical model groups. A capacity or a short T-series name alone may not select the right documentation; keep the model and serial information together.
For a stack dryer, identify the affected pocket. For a washer-dryer combination, say which appliance stops and whether the other still operates. This is more useful than treating the entire bank of laundry machines as one fault.
Capture the control stage and site access
Include the displayed message, the stage where the cycle stops and whether the issue affects one unit or multiple machines. Business access and downtime matter for scheduling, but a reported payment, supply or building-system issue is not automatically an appliance repair. Gas-line work remains outside CanFix’s scope.
