Bosch Appliance Repair
For Bosch appliance repair, send the complete E-Nr from the type plate, including its slash suffix. CanFix can then discuss the specific dishwasher, laundry or kitchen appliance and the fault you need investigated.
Before requesting Bosch service.
The E-Nr suffix matters
Bosch Canada’s manual finder uses the E-Nr rather than a series name alone. Bosch describes this number as starting with three letters and ending with a slash and two digits. Preserve that ending when copying the label; a photograph is useful when characters are difficult to read.
The Bosch lookup can identify an E-Nr from a type-plate photo on a mobile device. Use the resulting model-specific instructions, not a manual selected only because its appliance picture looks similar.
Match an error to the appliance category
Record the exact display message and whether it appears before filling, during a wash or near the end of a cycle. Explain the symptom in ordinary language as well. An error-code search is a starting point for diagnosis, not confirmation that a particular replacement part is required.
