Asko Appliance Repair
CanFix’s Asko scope is household washers, dryers and dishwashers. Include the appliance model, selected programme and any message so an operation or connectivity question can be separated from a repair request.
Before requesting Asko service.
Programme and mode are useful parts of the fault description
Asko’s washer guidance distinguishes programmes from modes and options. A speed-oriented mode and an energy-oriented mode can change the way a programme behaves. When reporting a changed cycle time, include the selected programme and options instead of assuming that duration alone proves a fault.
Do not change settings repeatedly just to force a result from a machine that is leaking or otherwise unsafe. Describe what you observed during normal use.
Connected features depend on the installed model
Asko describes ConnectLife access to manuals, notifications and troubleshooting on supported products. If your appliance uses it, include the wording of a relevant alert, but also say what happens at the machine. CanFix’s coverage here does not extend to every Asko kitchen or professional product.
